Job Description:

An opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected building services and energy solutions provider, working with FM providers and end-user clients across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. This role focuses on winning new service contracts, upgrades and small project work within the BMS / energy space. You’ll be joining a business with a strong brand, long-term contracts and a clear growth strategy, offering both stability and genuine earning potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive new business opportunities across BMS service contracts, upgrades and energy works
  • Manage and grow a regional pipeline of service-led opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with decision makers through presentations and technical proposals
  • Work closely with internal sales, service and projects teams to win work from competitors
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Promote the company’s service offering and brand within the Northern region

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BMS / BEMS service sales, or a closely related technical sales role
  • Track record of winning and delivering service-based revenue (£500k+ annually)
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage margin expectations
  • Confident presenting, negotiating and influencing at decision-maker level
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail with experience producing tenders and estimates
