We are working with a growing business in the premium food wholesale sector to appoint a Business Development Manager. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to win, build, and scale a high-value customer base in a fast-paced environment. You will take ownership of new business development across a South East territory, working closely with chefs and hospitality leaders to drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibility
Drive new business across restaurants, hotels, and catering clients
Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B leaders, and decision makers
Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospects
Identify and convert untapped opportunities within your region
Work closely with internal teams to align pricing and service delivery
Stay close to market trends to maximise commercial opportunities
Requirements
Experience in B2B foodservice sales with quality products
strong commercial and results-driven mindset
enjoy hunting for new business and winning new accounts
confident engaging directly with chefs and hospitality leaders
comfortable working independently in a field-based role
