Job Responsibility

  • Drive sales growth and revenue performance across Gallagher’s perimeter security portfolio
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline, identifying and closing new business opportunities across key sectors
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand market share and strengthen Gallagher’s position in the perimeter security space
  • Win new clients and strategic accounts through value-based selling, negotiation, and strong relationship management
  • Strengthen partner performance by enabling channel partners to identify, develop, and close new opportunities
  • Retain and grow key client accounts through proactive support, technology upgrade opportunities, and ongoing customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, provide reliable forecasting and reporting, and track competitor activity to inform strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ B2B business development or sales experience, ideally in technology or security-related industries
  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, commercial engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of perimeter security, security solutions, and the wider IT or security industry
  • Strong experience in channel partner management, market development, and major customer relationship management
  • Well-developed communication, negotiation, and business growth strategy skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and collaborative, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Africa

  • Oversee the design, procurement, and deployment of all physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, fire suppression, perimeter control) for all corporate and technical facilities
  • Establish and manage security operations center (SOC) protocols for monitoring, dispatch, and response to physical threats, emergencies, and intrusions
