We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Manager to lead the growth of Gallagher’s perimeter fencing solutions across Asia. Based remotely in Malaysia, with regular travel across the Asia region, you’ll be a key member of our Rest of World (ROW) Sales team, working closely with distributors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic sales outcomes. You’ll champion Gallagher’s fencing solutions, identify new market opportunities, and build strong relationships with partners and customers. From managing pipelines and supporting tenders to delivering product training and feeding market insights into product development, this is a role where your impact will be felt across the region.
Requirements
Proven experience in international sales and territory/channel management
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work remotely and travel internationally as required
A practical, can-do attitude - preferably with an agricultural background
Japanese language skills would be an advantage
