Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager – PBE to support and grow our presence across the GTA and Golden Horseshoe. As we continue to strengthen our market position and drive growth within the collision industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • This role is focused on MSO (Multi-Shop Operator) and Major Accounts
  • Actively prospect and secure new major accounts within the collision and paint segment
  • Partner with regional teams to manage renewals and ensure account success
  • Strengthen existing relationships and identify growth opportunities within current accounts
  • Remaining highly active and visible in the market.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with the ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on sales environments
  • Strongly connected within the collision industry and paint & body shop network
  • Professional, driven, and relationship-focused
  • Experience working with major accounts or MSOs is highly preferred.
