As a Business Development Manager – Oracle at Arrow, you will be designated to a specific partner and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers as well as identifying future leads within business units. Your focus would be to work with our senior stakeholders and provide them with the best service to enable the grow of our future cooperation offering them the latest products in the market.
Job Responsibility:
Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
Ensure the execution of sales growth plans
Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities
Plan and oversee new business initiatives
Research organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities
Find and develop new markets and improve sales by leveraging Arrow’s Portfolio of services
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Develop quotes and proposals for clients
Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met
Analysis and report of performance data
Monitor pipeline performance
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience within sales and/or business development in IT
Knowledge of Oracle products and services – mandatory
Business proficiency of Italian and English
Good track record in business development in the distribution market
Knowledge and passion about new technology products and solutions as well as understanding of global trends, opportunities
Strong communication and sales skills
Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers
Ability to travel 3 days per week to client’s office
