Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth of our Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. This role is a mix of business development, presales, and solution selling, requiring both commercial mindset and the ability to demonstrate product capabilities and engage with clients at different levels. You are commercially driven but not transactional. You invest time in understanding a client's business before positioning a solution. You can hold a conversation in a boardroom and in a finance team's month-end huddle. You take ownership of your pipeline and are not waiting for leads to be handed to you.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for D365 Business Central
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (direct clients and partners)
  • Lead presales activities, including discovery sessions, solution positioning, product demonstrations (demos)
  • Understand client needs and translate them into tailored solution proposals
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to shape the best solution approach
  • Present Business Central capabilities to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop relationships with partners and contribute to ecosystem growth
  • Support go-to-market strategy and offering development

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a business development, sales, or presales role within the ERP or Microsoft ecosystem
  • Demonstrable success in new business development - finding, qualifying, and closing deals independently
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Comfortable engaging at multiple levels - business users, finance directors, operations leads, and C-suite
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Ability to confidently conduct product demos and client presentations
  • Understanding of business processes (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain)
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - modules, positioning, and target segments
  • Understanding of core business processes in finance, operations, and supply chain as they relate to mid-market ERP
  • Ability to run credible product demonstrations without always relying on a technical resource
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, licensing models, and co-sell mechanics
  • Strong structured discovery skills - you ask the right questions and listen before you pitch
  • Ability to build clear, business-outcome-focused proposals and presentations
  • Storytelling ability - turning product capabilities into concrete business value
  • Experience working alongside delivery, consulting, or technical teams in a system integrator or consulting firm

Nice to have

  • Experience with D365 F&O, Power Platform, or Azure - ability to extend conversations beyond Business Central
  • Background in presales or solution consulting (you have been on the delivery side and now moving to commercial)
  • Established relationships within the Microsoft partner channel in your region
  • Familiarity with selling into manufacturing, distribution, retail, or professional services verticals
  • Experience with enterprise or multi-entity deals where Business Central is part of a broader solution

What we offer

  • Projects for such clients as PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, adidas and Toyota
  • Competitive compensation that depends on your qualification and skills
  • Career development system with clear skill qualifications
  • Flexible working hours aligned to your schedule
  • Options to work remotely
  • Corporate medical insurance covering services of private and public medical centers
  • English courses online
  • Corporate parties and events for employees and their children
  • Gym membership compensation, corporate sport competitions (cybersport included)
  • 5 days of paid sick leave per year with no obligation to submit a sick-leave certificate
