Job Description:

This is a newly created position due to the organisation growth plans who are rapidly growing. As the Business Development Manager you can be located anywhere across the Country but must be prepared to commute as and when needed, as well as go to Head Office once every quarter.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and nurture consultative relationships with local authorities and ICB's
  • Develop new business and territories
  • Manage a portfolio of contacts and pull them through the sales process
  • Grow hours and bring on new packages
  • Follow strategic plans and maintain quality standards in all professional interactions
  • Report into the Managing Director

Requirements:

  • You must have a proven track record within mental health or learning disabilities as a Business Development Manager
  • Must be able to build consultative relationships with new and existing contacts
  • It is essential that you have a problem-solving mindset
  • A productive time management and strategic approach to your work
  • Have the ability to work independently and self-manage
