Join the Genius team powering fan engagement with smart ads, AI-driven broadcasts, epic stats, and gamified experiences. The Business Development Manager – EMEA will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and securing new opportunities to sell Genius Sports’ full suite of digital marketing services to the Betting & iGaming industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving growth by identifying and securing new opportunities to sell Genius Sports’ full suite of digital marketing services to the Betting & iGaming industry
  • Building relationships with senior marketing decision-makers
  • Negotiating new contracts
  • Maximising business opportunities across Europe
  • Representing Genius Sports at key industry events
  • Consistently working to exceed ambitious revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in new business sales, ideally in advertising /marketing software and/or services
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic media buying, DSPs, DMPs, and DCO (experience selling programmatic services is a plus)
  • (Preferred) Existing relationships or book of business within iGaming, betting brands, or mobile gaming
  • Solid understanding of broader marketing practices and trends
  • An interest in sports and its role within the betting and iGaming space
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Nice to have:

Experience selling mobile and mobile in-app solutions for user acquisition through app install
