Job Responsibility:
Generate New Business: Prospect and acquire new commercial clients
Identify opportunities for recurring janitorial services and specialty cleaning
Conduct facility walk-throughs and cleaning assessments
Build Client Relationships: Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
Identify ongoing service needs and expansion opportunities
Develop Service Solutions: Prepare customized service proposals
Present recommendations and close service agreements
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
Manage Sales Activity: Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities in CRM
Provide regular updates on sales activity and pipeline progress
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales, commercial services, or facility services preferred
