Build a High-Income Book of Business in a Recession-Resistant Industry. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for commercial janitorial services, specialty cleaning, and floorcare maintenance programs. This role is ideal for a self-driven B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing long-term service contracts. The successful candidate will focus on developing a pipeline of recurring janitorial contracts and specialty cleaning projects across commercial facilities within the territory. This position offers the opportunity to build a long-term book of recurring revenue, creating ongoing commission income as your client base grows. As a ServiceMaster Service Partner, you will represent one of the most respected professional cleaning brands in the country.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate New Business: Prospect and acquire new commercial clients
  • Identify opportunities for recurring janitorial services and specialty cleaning
  • Conduct facility walk-throughs and cleaning assessments
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
  • Identify ongoing service needs and expansion opportunities
  • Develop Service Solutions: Prepare customized service proposals
  • Present recommendations and close service agreements
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
  • Manage Sales Activity: Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities in CRM
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity and pipeline progress

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, commercial services, or facility services preferred
