Job Description:

A fast-growing cybersecurity and digital solutions business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across its Cloud Security and Security Operations portfolio. This role is focused on developing enterprise relationships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding strategic accounts across advanced cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial instincts with a consultative sales approach and a solid understanding of modern cybersecurity challenges within enterprise environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders across the region
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within cloud security, SOC, and managed security solution areas
  • Understand customer security and operational challenges to position tailored cybersecurity offerings
  • Lead customer discussions, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations for both technical and business audiences
  • Work closely with presales, technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer engagement and project execution
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while achieving revenue and growth targets
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise opportunities
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and contribute to overall business growth strategy
  • Maintain awareness of evolving cybersecurity trends, cloud threats, and enterprise security priorities
  • Represent the business at industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners, system integrators, MSSPs, and regional resellers
  • Collaborate on joint sales and marketing initiatives to increase market reach and pipeline generation
  • Support partner enablement activities including training, solution positioning, and sales engagement
  • Drive partner-led opportunities and support deal progression through to closure
  • Ensure strong alignment between internal sales teams, vendor strategy, and partner ecosystem objectives

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years’ experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or enterprise technology sales
  • Proven success selling enterprise cybersecurity or network security solutions
  • Strong background in business development, account management, and pipeline generation
  • Experience engaging enterprise customers and senior decision-makers
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within competitive markets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Experience working within cybersecurity vendors, integrators, or enterprise solution providers
  • Exposure to cloud security frameworks and modern security operations environments
  • Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications would be advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business discipline preferred
