Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow and execute strategic business growth across multiple verticals within Central Canada, based in Toronto. In this role, you will focus on building and managing long term relationships with enterprise end users and key influencers while driving consistent commercial outcomes across your territory. You will take ownership of identifying, qualifying, and converting new opportunities, while also expanding existing relationships to deliver sustained revenue growth. Working closely with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists, you will play a key role in positioning and delivering tailored security solutions across complex environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing territory sales activity across multiple verticals to deliver growth and market expansion
  • Developing and executing strategic account and territory plans aligned to business objectives
  • Identifying, qualifying, and converting new enterprise business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users, influencers, and key stakeholders
  • Driving revenue growth across both new and existing accounts
  • Leading complex sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Partnering with internal technical and channel teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Preparing and responding to proposals, RFIs, RFQs, and customer presentations
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting
