We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of catalog reagents and custom services supporting bioprocessing workflows. Job Responsibility
Develop and execute business plan to achieve territory revenue goals
Build and manage a qualified pipeline, uncovering new business opportunities and expanding current accounts
Ability to travel up to 30%
Requirements
BS in a life science discipline
3+ years of life science sales experience serving biotech, pharmaceutical, and/or CDMO customers
Experience selling solutions supporting cell culture, protein production, purification, or related workflows preferred
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with scientific and operational stakeholders
Demonstrated success developing new business through prospecting, conferences, and industry networking events
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Comfortable independently delivering technical presentations to scientific audiences
Capable of managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver on project milestones
Understanding of Cell & Gene Therapy market trends preferred
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and thrives in a team-oriented environment
Nice to have
advanced degree a plus
Experience selling solutions supporting cell culture, protein production, purification, or related workflows preferred
