Business Development Lead at Sarum Road Hospital in Winchester. Full time fixed term role. Job Responsibility:
Work in conjunction with the Executive Director and other members of the senior management team to devise and implement a sales and marketing strategy
Produce and maintain the hospital sales and marketing tactical action plan
Define a local consumer marketing strategy
Develop and drive an annual plan of consumer events to support the achievement of the hospital sales targets
Support the implementation and tracking of a senior management team-wide Consultant account management programme
Set targets for primary care referrals
Comply with all relevant mandatory training
Requirements:
Strategy development and implementation experience
Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans
Good negotiation skills
Good presentational skills both written and oral
Key Account Management experience including stakeholder engagement
Experience of customer relations management / business to business sales
