As the main point of contact for all new Co-pack and Repack opportunities, you will play a key role in driving business growth across existing supplier relationships while identifying exciting new white-space opportunities. You’ll work closely with operational, planning, commercial, and supplier teams to deliver profitable projects, maintain high quality and compliance standards, and support the continued growth of the DCS Co-pack division. This is a highly visible role where you will have the opportunity to influence strategy, develop partnerships, and make a measurable commercial impact.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying and securing new Co-pack and Repack business opportunities
Building strong supplier and customer relationships to drive category growth
Developing business plans that deliver volume, revenue, and profit growth
Managing costing and funding models to ensure commercial targets are achieved
Working cross-functionally with planning and operational teams to deliver projects successfully
Monitoring project plans, budgets, schedules, and execution performance
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Co-pack operations
Representing DCS Group at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities
Ensuring all activities meet quality, legality, and GDP compliance standards
Researching and developing opportunities within new sectors aligned to DCS growth ambitions
Requirements:
Experience in business development, co-pack, FMCG, supply chain, or commercial operations
A proven ability to build and grow customer and supplier relationships
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent organisational and project management abilities
Commercial awareness with strong analytical and forecasting skills
Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and departments
A proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused mindset
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
