Job Description

We are seeking a commercially driven professional to lead global business development initiatives across Managed Roaming, IPX, and related telecom services. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving profitable outcomes by engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping long-term partnerships in the telecommunications ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead business development activities across Managed Roaming, IPX, 5G SA, and related telecom services
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders up to Director and executive level within customer organisations
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, transitioning engagements into sustainable operations
  • Deliver against defined sales strategies, financial targets, and margin objectives
  • Manage non-financial performance indicators including service quality, fraud prevention, timeliness, and debt
  • Collaborate across teams to expand portfolio offerings, including voice and fraud prevention services
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in business development or sales within the telecom or carrier services environment
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to align strategy and execution to deliver growth
  • Proven capability to build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation with cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure
