As our Business Development Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the digital and e-commerce space. You’ll leverage your 7-10 years of experience to consult with mid-market and enterprise clients, offering personalized solutions that meet their unique challenges. Job Responsibility

  • Hunting Instinct: Utilize your innate drive to seek out new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline and nurturing relationships with potential clients
  • Brand Advocate: Attend industry events and targeted networking opportunities to prospect new clients and stay ahead of market trends
  • Client Engagement: Dive deep into understanding client businesses, uncovering their challenges, and crafting tailored solutions that resonate
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to engage clients, showcasing our services as the answer to their needs
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with multinational teams (presales, delivery, legal, finance) to ensure a smooth sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and client feedback to refine our approach continuously and ensure we’re hitting our targets

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience minimum in digital/e-commerce, with a strong background in consulting, sales and selling services/solutions
  • Proven Achievements: A track record of successfully closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Curiosity: A genuine interest in exploring client challenges and finding creative solutions
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
