Job Description

Collinson, a global leader in loyalty and travel experiences, is looking for a strategic and commercially driven Business Development Lead to expand our presence across Germany and Poland. This is a high-profile position focused on securing new enterprise clients across Financial Services, Travel and Telco sectors. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through to negotiation and closing high-value deals. You will primarily drive growth for our Travel Experiences proposition, with opportunities to introduce clients to our broader portfolio across loyalty and insurance solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive new client acquisition across Germany and Poland
  • Develop and execute sector-focused go-to-market strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders
  • Lead complex RFP processes and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with product, finance and operations teams
  • Represent Collinson at key industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, ideally within Financial Services
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and closing complex deals
  • Proven consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Strong network in Germany and/or Poland is advantageous
  • Experience in loyalty, travel or customer engagement solutions is a plus
