Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Business Development Intern to support their Aruba Networking Business Development Team. The role involves supporting experts in various customer or technology segments, managing reporting and data analysis, creating and maintaining business trackers, market share analysis, managing distributor data, and handling aged inventory processes. Additionally, interns will engage in communication with stakeholders, collaboration with other interns, training, volunteering activities, and development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support a team of experts focused on different customer or technology segments
  • create communications, reporting and analysing data, arranging events to preparing pricing
  • be the central point of contact for reporting and analysis of business data
  • create and execute Power BI business trackers
  • refresh and update Executive Summary Dashboards and provide insights
  • perform market share and sellout analysis using data portals
  • prepare data for distributors and monthly business analysis per partner
  • manage monthly aged stock processes
  • communicate updates to the team on key business metrics
  • manage process for updates and communications to stakeholders
  • manage pricing system requests
  • organise charity initiatives and events
  • collaborate with other interns and team members
  • support internal orders and processes.

Requirements:

  • Potential interns must be in their 2nd year of a four-year degree which requires (or has an option for) 3rd year to be a one year's industrial placement, and are expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 grade
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to commence the placement at the beginning of July 2025 for 13 months
  • self-motivation to work independently, be confident in your resourcefulness, but aware when you need to ask for help and guidance
  • good time management and organisational skills while being structured in your approach
  • adaptable in handling new and evolving requirements, and comfortable working under tight timescales
  • be prepared to travel when necessary
  • show creativity in approaching projects and bold in asking questions
  • exceptional written, visual and oral communication skills and comfortable talking to people of all seniority levels
  • team oriented and collaborative mindset.
