Job Responsibility:

  • Performs in-field orientation of business development team members
  • Crafts and conducts customized field training programs
  • Generates real time coaching documentation
  • Works closely with the BD training team to synthesize field insights
  • Provides BD leadership with coaching feedback
  • Implements a dynamic learning model
  • Maintains a current knowledge of industry trends
  • Completes administrative tasks and expense reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business or related field
  • in lieu of degree requirement, three years of relevant experience may be substituted
  • Three years of experience in home health sales and business development
  • One year of experience in training and/or coaching

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree in healthcare, education, business or related field
  • Five years' experience in home health sales and business development
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting data
