We’re hiring a driven Business Development Executive to join a growing B2B sales team in Guildford. You’ll be engaging with senior-level prospects across a variety of campaigns, booking qualified appointments, and helping clients achieve real results.
Job Responsibility:
Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
Qualify leads and book appointments with decision-makers
Build relationships with clients and maintain a high-quality pipeline
Manage your own workload using CRM tools to track activity and progress
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Represent the company in a professional, consultative manner
Attend client meetings and training sessions to continually develop your skills
Requirements:
Previous sales experience (B2B or B2C)
Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
Resilient with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems
Passionate about growing a long-term career in business development and sales
Nice to have:
Backgrounds such as call centre, recruitment, travel sales, events, lead generation, or estate agency are ideal
