Job Description

We’re hiring a driven Business Development Executive to join a growing B2B sales team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves a fun, fast-paced, work-hard-play-hard environment and wants to be recognised for their performance. You’ll be engaging with senior-level prospects across a variety of campaigns, booking qualified appointments, and helping clients achieve real results.

Job Responsibility

  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
  • Qualify leads and book appointments with decision-makers
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain a high-quality pipeline
  • Manage your own workload using CRM tools to track activity and progress
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Represent the company in a professional, consultative manner
  • Attend client meetings and training sessions to continually develop your skills

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
  • Resilient with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Passionate about growing a long-term career in business development and sales

Nice to have

Backgrounds such as call centre, recruitment, travel sales, events, lead generation, or estate agency are ideal
