This field‑based role places you at the heart of our iconic portfolio—building brand visibility, recruiting consumers, and supporting customers to elevate their spirits offering through outstanding advocacy.
Job Responsibility:
Activate our premium brands across key On Trade outlets, delivering best‑in‑class visibility and consumer-focused activation
Manage a portfolio of Premium, Select, and Exclusive accounts, consistently delivering regional targets for distribution, visibility and activation (MES)
Secure preferred partner status in your territory by developing tailored solutions that grow the Spirits Category for customers
Build strong relationships with key influencers, bartenders, venue managers and route‑to‑market partners
Identify new opportunities—from emerging venues to consumer hotspots—using commercial insight and segmentation data to focus where it counts
Champion our brands by ensuring outlets are equipped and educated to deliver perfect serves that reflect William Grant & Sons’ standards
Create advocates through training, developing bar staff knowledge and enthusiasm, supported by Brand Ambassadors where needed
Promote brand activity via your own and customers’ social media, amplifying reach and engagement
Requirements:
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance brand‑building with commercial objectives
Experience building effective customer relationships
Excellent organisational and presentation skills
A proactive, self‑driven approach paired with strong collaboration skills
Sales and/or marketing experience within the On Trade (desirable)
Confidence using data and digital tools to unlock opportunities
A full clean driving licence (essential)
