Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for technology and business growth? Join a dynamic and fast-paced team where you can make a real impact as a Business Development Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Achieve and exceed monthly new business sales targets
Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers
Deliver persuasive presentations on cutting-edge IT products and services
Manage contract negotiations and close deals with efficiency and professionalism
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies

Requirements:

Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in IT, Cyber, Telecoms, or Mobile solutions
A track record of exceeding new business targets and key performance indicators through outbound calls and meetings
The ability to quickly understand new technologies and communicate their value
Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
A positive, motivational personality with a passion for achieving ambitious goals
