The majority of this role will be working with the BD manager and Marketing teams in building the ability to penetrate and develop the English-speaking customer channel in the APAC, and US markets. With a full understanding of H&L Consulting’s value proposition in the ITO market, you will be working with Big Enterprise, SMEs, and many other ITO partners as a Business Development Executive to expand and consolidate H&L’s position.
Job Responsibility:
Develop new business opportunities across different channels in the US, APAC regions and maintain relationships with clients
Coordinate with line manager to create and implement entry strategies into foreign ITO markets to increase market penetration, revenue, and other relevant metrics
Contribute to short-term, medium-term, and long-term growth
Establishes, develops, and sustains business relationships with current and potential customers to generate leads for the organization’s products/services
Search for potential customers through texting, cold call, and email campaigns
Explore potential customers’ business challenges, identify relevant new business opportunities, and highlight H&L’s value proposition for Enterprises / Organizations / Departments
Gather information from partners on competitor activity, enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results
Other appropriate requests by the line manager.
Requirements:
Hold a university degree, preferably in business, sales, or similar disciplines
Professional & strong written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese
Have previous experience with a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience in Technology products and IT solutions
History of consistently exceeding important performance indicators and goals during study/work activities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to obtain necessary information from potential customers, while ensuring a win-win conversation
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
A strong network with global ITO companies, foreign enterprises, or experience in overseas study is a big plus
Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team
