Job Responsibility:
Generate new leads via LinkedIn, bidding portals, self networking, market research cold calling, events etc and maintain lead pipeline
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Requirements:
0.6 to 3 years experience in IT and IT enabled business
Experience in selling managed services, IT Products, IT resources and integration services to customers at C Level (Executives)
Experienced in IT sales
Ability to pitch client the suitable IT products/services
Developed new accounts and managed existing accounts
Capability to translate customer business issues into requirements
Possess excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Must have a basic understanding of IT & ITeS business
Must be detail oriented and an active listener
Prior experience with LinkedIn and bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, etc. for lead generation
Ability to generate quality leads with extensive market research
Build contacts with potential prospects to create new business opportunities
Keep prospective client database updated
Make cold calls/emails for new business leads
Maintain knowledge of all product and service company is offering and search new leads
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of RFPs, etc.
Ability to build business plans, build business development strategies, execute and monitor it
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal input
Excellent skills with Microsoft office
word, excel, PPT, outlook etc.
Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients
Understand and interpret business requirement, functional requirement and technical requirements
Must be able to take client calls
Experience in handling International clients
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
UG: B.Tech/B.E./MBA – Any Specialization
PG:MCA – Computers, M.Tech – Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) – Any Specialization
