The suitable candidate for this job profile should entail the expertise and zeal in lead generation as well as completing the sales funnel cycle by converting the potential leads into deals. Job Responsibility:
Perform lead generation and customer acquisition activities
Manage and update CRM / contact database
Maintain effective follow-ups and lead conversions
Organise data, clean sales pipeline, and prepare weekly reports
Prepare and share technical proposals with clients and prospects
Conduct product presentations and demos
Coordinate with product development team for feedback and improvements
Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
Build external partnerships with organisations, corporates, startups, and government bodies
Track market trends and competition to improve product offerings
Work with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and metrics
Requirements:
Graduate in Agriculture/MBA-Sales or agri-business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
Knowledge of CRM and sales tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales
