We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our customer base and accelerate business growth. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong pipelines, and working closely with the Account Manager team to drive new sales initiatives in the Data & AI space.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect and generate leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, referrals, events)
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Managers and Solution Consultants
Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to understand potential client needs
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, webinars, and outbound activities
Maintain detailed records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Support proposal development and contribute to RFP responses when needed
Attend client meetings (with Account Managers) to build industry knowledge and client relationship skills
Stay updated on Data & AI industry trends, especially Microsoft solutions ecosystem
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles (preferably in IT, Software, or Data & AI industries)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and using LinkedIn for business development
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZohoCRM, etc.)
Basic understanding of Data Analytics, Cloud, and AI solutions is a plus (training provided)
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Experience selling or supporting Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Fabric, or related technologies is an advantage
Understanding of B2B sales cycle for IT/Tech services
Experience working in fast-paced consulting or tech environments
