Job Description:

A Business Development Executive Architectural Services is responsible for company growth, revenue generation and expanding market presence within the Mechanical Design Services sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and understanding their technical needs related to Architectural Design.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for company growth, revenue generation and expanding market presence within Mechanical Design Services sector
Identifying new business opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
Understanding clients' technical needs related to Architectural Design

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years experience
Minimum Graduate from any stream
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Generation of qualified leads through various sources
Appointment setting with decision-makers
Knowledge of CRM
Cold calling, bulk emailing, social networking
Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation
Handling initial level of calls with decision-makers
Proven track record of selling B2B services
Strong business acumen in architectural services
Ability to develop and execute sales plans with market intelligence for US/Europe Region/India
Ability to comprehensively map accounts, identify and contact the right person
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Self-motivated with proven track record of leading from the front and hands-on sales experience
Deep sales acumen with ability to prospect and qualify business deals
Ability to penetrate corporate accounts and sell services in competitive environment
Willing to travel if required

Nice to have:

US or European region experience
Architectural Services experience
