Job Description:

We are seeking Business Development Executives to drive expansion into Thailand & Singapore and China & Europe markets. This role involves market research, client acquisition, sales strategy execution, and relationship management with international clients.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct market research and analyze trends in target regions
Identify and engage new international clients via cold calling, networking, and events
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business partnerships
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet growth targets
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for overseas clients
Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to tailor strategies for different markets
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and market performance

Requirements:

Experience in business development, key account management, or sales
Background in electronics, automotive, or manufacturing industries preferred
Strong knowledge of overseas market expansion and international client management
Willing to travel internationally and be based in Johor for initial probation
