Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B) to drive revenue growth by identifying and converting potential corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals with HR leaders, decision-makers, and CXOs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
  • Pitch Mantra Care’s wellness solutions to HR leaders, CHROs, and CXOs of mid-to-large organizations
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups
  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase offerings
  • Close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine pitch materials and target segments
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to sharpen positioning

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships (preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or Healthcare/Wellness)
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
