As a team, our Xenia office in The City Of London has been growing exceptionally well and are looking to strengthen their highly experienced team with a Business Development Executive.
Job Responsibility:
Strategy Development: Design and implement cross-selling frameworks and campaigns tailored to customer segments and retail businesses
Opportunity Identification: Analyse customer data and buying patterns to uncover cross-sell opportunities and develop actionable plans
Collaboration: Partner with B&B retail businesses to embed cross-selling into the sales process and customer life cycle
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Brown & Brown retail MD’s and their teams
Regularly visit and engage with retail business across the UKI to promote reciprocal cross-selling initiatives
Participate in regional Account Executive meetings alongside Xenia BDEs to support and communicate the cross-selling strategy
Secure opportunities for Xenia BDEs to participate in Brown & Brown events and meetings to enhance collaboration and growth
Performance tracking: Define KPIs and track success of cross-selling efforts, reporting regularly to retails MDs and retail leadership team
Requirements:
Ideally have trade credit experience
Essential to be an experienced driven sales person
Ability to work under pressure as part of a small team
Good communication skills and customer focused
Attention to detail and deadlines
Accurate record keeping
Confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
