Job Responsibility:
Calling a mixture of warm and cold leads to attempt to convert them to Leads for our New Business broking team
Make a high-volume of outbound calls on a daily basis to 100-150 prospect clients
Developing rapport over the phone with customers and clients
Specialising and developing knowledge of professional indemnity insurance
Requirements:
Experience in fast paced tele-sales environments with the ability to make a high-volume of outbound calls
Outgoing personality, coupled with an excellent telephone manner
Punctuality, reliability with a hard working attitude
Excellent communication skills who enjoys talking on the phone
