Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Ralecon, you will be a vital contributor to our growth strategy by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting our digital marketing solutions in a compelling manner. You will leverage your strong sales skills, market knowledge, and strategic thinking to drive revenue growth and enhance our competitive position in the digital marketing landscape. The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business leads, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and achieving individual and team sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing, digital operations, and client delivery teams to align client needs with our offerings, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution. Your expertise in digital marketing will be key in articulating the value of our services and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Meet or exceed sales, lead conversion, and other performance targets
  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels
  • Develop and maintain a detailed sales pipeline in the CRM system
  • Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients via cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
  • Work closely with all internal teams
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients
  • Thoroughly prepare for client meetings
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and seminars
  • Ensure all formal communication with clients and internal stakeholders is conducted professionally
  • Consistently follow up with potential and existing clients
  • Actively solicit feedback from clients and internal stakeholders

  • Utilise Zoho Projects to manage and track assigned tasks

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • An MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing or technology sector
  • A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and analytics
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
