We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet growth objectives and expand market presence.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market intelligence
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools
Work with product and service teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Fluency in English
Swedish language skills are an advantage
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B sales or international markets
Knowledge of the industry relevant to the company’s products or services
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
