Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet growth objectives and expand market presence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market intelligence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Work with product and service teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Fluency in English
  • Swedish language skills are an advantage

Nice to have:
