Job Responsibility:
Familiarize yourself with all services offered by the company
Procuring new B2B through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
Connecting through cold calling with prospective clients for B2B leads generation
Identifying opportunities for new business development through creative marketing strategies and reaching out to target clients
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions and services
Communicate the company’s services effectively and professionally to prospects
Perform follow-ups with clients to determine their requirement or any further concerns they may have
Updating and maintaining a customer database
Building business relationships with new and existing customers
End to End project pipeline expansion - lead generation, cold-calling, in-person visit, converting it to Prospect, deal closure, customer support and ensure customer delight
Provide after-sale support
Requirements:
Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Nice to have:
Knowledge of networking, network security, network devices (Switches, routers & firewalls), or Cloud solutions is a plus
