You will also be responsible for sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering successful placements.
Job Responsibility
Business Development & Client Acquisition - take ownership of building your own client portfolio, proactively reach out to companies, pitch our services, and win new business
Commercial Relationship Management - manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client hiring needs, negotiating terms, and driving repeat business
Talent Identification & Market Mapping - identify and engage high-calibre professionals within your niche, build strong pipelines through outreach, networking, and market knowledge
End-to-End Deal Management - drive the full sales cycle from business development and candidate introduction to offer negotiation and placement
Leverage Data & Tools - use best-in-class systems, data, and tools to identify opportunities and improve your efficiency
Requirements
Sales drive - Motivated by targets, results, and earning potential

Work ethic - Proven ability to perform under pressure (academics, sports, work, etc.)
Education/Experience - Degree (2:1 or above) or 2+ years in a sales environment
