The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Glide Technology by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This position involves generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the IT industry and a passion for driving business success.

Requirements:
B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Computer Engineering and MBA
2 to 6 years experience
Ability to generate new leads & arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Engage in business discussions with prospective clients, define requirements, convey value proposition
Strong understanding of IT Services or Embedded Domain and industry trends
Plan and Manage Industry Events & Trade Show Participation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with passion in Business Development and Inside Sales
