We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, with minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
