Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA graduate eager to start a career in Business Development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and international project acquisition through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator. Broad technology knowledge (IT services, Web and Mobile Based Applications, mobility, and messaging/collaboration). You will receive training and guidance from experienced professionals to understand the technical landscape of web and mobile development, learn how to write compelling proposals, engage with clients, and contribute to overall business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Learn and understand the online bidding process on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn
  • Assist in writing tailored proposals for web and mobile app development projects
  • Support the senior team in lead generation and client communication
  • Interact with international clients via written communication and calls (as required)
  • Coordinate with technical and project management teams to prepare estimates and responses
  • Maintain lead records and assist in follow-ups
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital technologies, and client expectations

Requirements:

  • MBA (Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related field)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Eagerness to learn about IT services and digital products
  • Basic understanding of how websites and mobile apps work (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive, go-getter attitude
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer), CRM tools, or LinkedIn is an advantage but not required
