Job Responsibility:
Proactively engage potential clients via outbound calls and other communication channels to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities
Work closely with senior members of the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that consistently drive results
Attend client meetings and gain first-hand experience in the sales process and customer relationship management
Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing engagement
Participate in structured training and development programmes to build knowledge, confidence, and expertise in both sales and the technology industry
Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset who thrives working independently as well as within a team
Confident using Microsoft Office tools, with a willingness to learn CRM systems and other new technologies quickly
