Business Development Executive

• Proactively engage potential clients via outbound calls and other communication channels to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities
• Work closely with senior members of the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that consistently drive results
• Attend client meetings and gain first-hand experience in the sales process and customer relationship management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing engagement
• Participate in structured training and development programmes to build knowledge, confidence, and expertise in both sales and the technology industry

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting

• Confident using Microsoft Office tools, with a willingness to learn CRM systems and other new technologies quickly
