Job Responsibility:
Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to optimize customer targeting, eligibility, and propensity segmentation
Drive end-to-end data science solutions—from problem framing and feature engineering to model deployment and performance monitoring
Enhance commercial data ecosystems, identifying new data signals and features that unlock incremental business value
Partner closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions
Influence acquisition and engagement strategies through data-driven insights and experimentation
Champion model governance and responsible AI practices, ensuring models meet enterprise risk and compliance standards
Communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders, shaping decision-making with actionable insights
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in data science, decision science, or advanced analytics, ideally in financial services or a related industry
Proven ability to apply modern machine learning techniques to solve real-world business problems
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks
Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL
Solid understanding of data mining, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
Nice to have:
Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field
Experience building and deploying models in production environments
Familiarity with marketing analytics, customer targeting, or credit/risk modeling
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
