Business Development Executive

• Support senior sales and business development efforts by researching and identifying potential clients across industries such as manufacturing, retail, and BFSI
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, events, and digital channels
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, product demos, and proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams
• Help manage the sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce or SAP CRM to track progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in initial client meetings to understand needs and promote relevant SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or SAP BTP
• Coordinate internally with marketing, delivery, and SAP alliance teams to support go-to-market activities
• Provide support in developing pricing models, basic proposal documentation, and coordinating contract inputs
• Maintain communication with existing clients to help identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• Stay informed about SAP product offerings and industry trends to better support sales conversations and outreach
• Be open to travel as needed and capable of lifting 30–50 pounds for event setup or marketing collateral transport when required

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or inside sales (experience with technology or SAP preferred but not required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management skills
