We are an IT consulting and software solutions company delivering digital solutions across BFSI, Fintech, CRM, ERP, Payroll, and Custom Application Development. Our solutions help businesses in India, Africa, and global markets to digitize operations, improve efficiency, and scale faster.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and software solutions
Perform lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research
Qualify prospects and understand client business and technical requirements
Present company offerings and coordinate product demos with technical teams
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales follow-ups
Maintain accurate data in CRM and manage the sales pipeline
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
Freshers welcome (0–2 years experience in sales or IT services is a plus)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Interest in IT consulting, software solutions, and technology sales
Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
