Job Description:

Business Development Executive role at Adzuna, focusing on acquiring and developing new clients in international markets, particularly the Germanic market. The role involves working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and expand the company's reach.

Job Responsibility:

Play a central role in acquiring and developing new clients in international markets
Build and maintain a balanced portfolio of clients
Research and target new segments, identifying high-potential leads
Document sales trends and customer/prospect feedback
Monitor recruitment campaign performance
Work closely with Marketing and Product Teams on SEM, SEO optimizations, PR, Link building and product improvement tasks

Requirements:

Fluency in English and German
Strong work ethic, natural curiosity, and genuine passion for helping clients succeed
Demonstrable negotiation skills
Comfortable making phone calls to prospects or customers
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Comfortable working toward time-driven targets with a flexible, positive attitude

Nice to have:

Good understanding of online advertising, ideally with CPC model/pricing
Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry
Additional language skills
