Job Responsibility:

Actively seek out and respond to new business opportunities, exceeding targets while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction
Understand the needs of customers to offer tailored solutions from a broad range of services and products, creating opportunities to upsell and add value
Use exceptional communication and negotiation skills to secure the best terms with underwriters and insurers, ensuring the best outcomes for clients
Represent Gallagher at trade shows, expos, and industry events, using networking skills to build relationships and seize new opportunities
Contribute to the reputation for excellence in the market as a trusted advisor, always acting with integrity and professionalism

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development and sales within the insurance industry
Experience delivering against targets in a regulated environment
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to generate leads and build pipelines independently
Focus on the client and dedication to providing the best possible service and outcomes
Team player who values collaboration and thrives in a supportive environment
Eligible to work in the UK
Willing to travel as needed
