Business Development Executive

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in NHS and private healthcare
• Identify and convert new business opportunities for patient handling products and fall prevention products, plus other related patient care products
• Work closely with procurement and clinical teams to support product evaluations and trials
• Deliver product demonstrations and training to end users
• Lead Trust-wide rollouts following successful product trials or tenders
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, CRM updates, and activity reporting
• Stay informed on NHS procurement frameworks, budgets, and clinical guidelines relevant to patient handling and safety
• Attend relevant conferences, exhibitions and seminars to promote the brand and product range

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business development roles
• Minimum 2 years’ field sales experience in hospital/healthcare settings
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Commercial acumen to drive growth and build long-term partnerships
• Strong mix of new business and account management sales skills
• Excellent negotiation experience and able to organise diary/CRM system

Any clinical experience within Physiology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy would be an advantage
