Job Description:

Join our global TUI Musement team as a Business Development Executive for the Intercruises brand, where you'll help drive our cruise business in the French Riviera & Monaco region. This is a seasonal role for 8 months.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the commercial team with developing the French Riviera & Monaco cruise business for assigned clients
manage commercial relationships with suppliers
create financial and content proposals according to client specifications and deadlines
negotiate with clients and suppliers to achieve competitive rates and attractive margins
handle Requests for Proposal and Ad Hoc Quotation requests with professionalism and attention to detail
develop compelling Shore Excursions for cruise clients
create comprehensive tour portfolios including descriptions, quotation sheets, and presentations
work closely with Operations teams to ensure alignment between quoted and delivered services
monitor financial sustainability through tools like Salesforce

Requirements:

Experience in the tourism or cruise industry or relevant understanding of the sector
comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in the French Riviera & Monaco region
demonstrated commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills
successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships
understanding of digital components and new industry standards
proficiency with digital tools such as task management systems, Salesforce, and Power BI
excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

particularly regarding API-based connectivity and reservation technologies
