Job Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in Mobile App Development, Web Design, and IT Services
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scope of projects
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive business growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in service-based sales in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of Mobile App Development, Web Design, and IT Services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
