We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth by offering tailored blockchain outsourcing solutions. Job Responsibility:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach
Client Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and positioning blockchain solutions accordingly
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing the company’s blockchain expertise
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Market Insights: Stay up to date on blockchain trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with deliverable solutions
Reporting: Track sales metrics, report performance, and provide insights to optimize business development strategies
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in technology or software industries
At least 3 months of experience working in the blockchain industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a passion for business development and growth
Nice to have:
Experience working with enterprise-level clients or managing strategic partnerships
Leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving results
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields (preferably in blockchain or tech industries)
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
