An exciting opportunity to join William Grant & Sons, to activate our premium and luxury spirits brands by implementing programmes in our On Trade outlets in North West London and Hertfordshire.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a core number of Premium, Select and Exclusive accounts within a territory to deliver the On Trade brand building plan and activation programme
Securing portfolio range distribution and cocktail menu status in key outlets to drive advocacy and sales of our brands
Network with the key influencers in the territory and key route to market colleagues
Achieve preferred premium partner status with key outlets by developing tailored solutions to meet consumer and customer needs
Establishing expert status through advice on the Spirits Category, proposing range by segmentation
Identify new brand and outlet opportunities that enable the targeting of the right consumers
Promote WG&S brands through own social media accounts, and work in partnership with customers to identify social media opportunities to promote our brands
Requirements:
Self-driven individual
Strong financial acumen
Understanding of commercial delivery and brand building
Exceptional organisation and presentation skills
Strong experience in customer relationship building
Sales and/or marketing experience in the On Trade is desirable
Full clean driving licence is essential
