Business Development Executive

• Manage a core number of Premium, Select and Exclusive accounts within a territory to deliver the On Trade brand building plan and activation programme
• Securing portfolio range distribution and cocktail menu status in key outlets to drive advocacy and sales of our brands
• Network with the key influencers in the territory and key route to market colleagues
• Achieve preferred premium partner status with key outlets by developing tailored solutions to meet consumer and customer needs
• Establishing expert status through advice on the Spirits Category, proposing range by segmentation
• Identify new brand and outlet opportunities that enable the targeting of the right consumers
• Promote WG&S brands through own social media accounts, and work in partnership with customers to identify social media opportunities to promote our brands

• Self-driven individual
• Strong financial acumen
• Understanding of commercial delivery and brand building
• Exceptional organisation and presentation skills
• Strong experience in customer relationship building
• Sales and/or marketing experience in the On Trade is desirable
• Full clean driving licence is essential
